Privacy regulations turnover Webshop
The personal details collected in connection with the Turnover Webshop (the 'Webshop') will be saved in a database. The data to be saved are the details the Consumer himself has provided to the Webshop and which are necessary to carry out an order placed by the Consumer. In order to place orders the Consumer has to create an account on www.turnover.com. In creating an account the Consumer can indicate whether or not he wants to receive newsletters from Turnover.
The data processor
Turnover is a member of the Veldhoven Group. Veldhoven International B.V. manages the database in which the details are processed and saved. The details are only processed for the purposes set out below. The details can be provided to other legal entities of the Veldhoven Group. However, the details will only be provided to third parties in connection with pursuing the processing purposes as specified below.
Veldhoven International B.V. will take suitable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data against loss or against any form of unlawful processing.
To process and carry out the orders placed by the Consumer;
To inform the holders of an account on the Webshop of Turnover about offers of interest to them;
To improve the service of the Webshop;
To send e-mail newsletters with regard to the new product ranges to account holders who have indicated that they want to receive these e-mails.
Every person who creates an account with the Webshop has the opportunity to check or amend his own details. In addition, any subscriber can ask Turnover to inspect the registered details and supplement or improve them. The consumer can at any time indicate in the account of the Webshop that he wants to unsubscribe from mailings. Moreover, all e-mail newsletters will include the option of unsubscribing from mailings by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail newsletter or by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com
