Delivery and returns


Orders can be delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Orders will be shipped by PostNL at no extra charge.

Delivery times

You will receive your parcel within 3 to 4 working days in either the Netherlands or Germany. PostNL delivers from Monday through Saturday between 9 am and 9 pm. If, after two attempts to deliver the parcel, it isn't received at the delivery address indicated by you, the delivery official will leave notification to that effect and the package will be stored at a nearby PostNL service point. On presentation of a valid ID document and the notification from the delivery official you will then be able to pick up your parcel at your convenience. You must do so within a period of three weeks.

If someone else needs to pick up your parcel from the service point, this person will have to present a valid ID document and the notification from the delivery official.
Without being presented with a valid ID document and the notification from the delivery official, PostNL will not be able to hand over the parcel.

Return shipments

You may return a garment within 14 days. You will receive your refund within 30 days by the same method you used to pay. We will send an e-mail confirmation once we have received and approved your return. The shipping costs for returning an item are for you own account. Note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in stores.

How to return a garment:

  1. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and with all the original tags. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

  2. Fill in the return form below, using the return codes, e.g. ‘1. Too small.’
    Put the form inside the parcel.

  3. Re-use the original packaging and tape the parcel securely.

  4. Use the return address label included and stick it over the address label on the parcel. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend you only use the postage labels provided.

  5. Bring the parcel to your post office, remembering to get a receipt as proof of postage. We are not liable for damage or loss of items returned.
